Phil Hoffman
President & CEO

Phil has been running AlphaGraphics (HOA Financial & General Mailing Headquarters) since May, 2004.  Prior to this, Phil held executive level positions at Xerox, IKON Office Solutions and Lanier / Ricoh Corporation, over a period of 21 years. 

In 1989, Phil’s team at Xerox implemented a printing and mailing solution at Motorola’s Schaumburg, IL headquarters to process Statements at the technology giant.  The solution resulted in 17% cost savings, but more importantly, reduced the time to mail by 2 days.  It was this experience that served as the vision for AlphaGraphics HOA Headquarters.

Phil is actively involved with local charitable and Chamber of Commerce organizations in Arizona as a mentor of high school and college students interested in entrepreneurial business. Phil has been married for 29 years to Renee’ and has 4 grown children, who are his pride and joy.

Lindsay Hoffman
Sales Consultant – Arizona

Lindsay has been with AlphaGraphics for the past 5 years in various capacities.  Over the past 2 years, she has played an integral part in developing our HOA offering, as Lindsay is a Quickbooks expert.  Because she loves working with people and has a passion for helping others, Lindsay has assumed her current responsibilities as a Sales Consultant for our HOA customers across the U.S.

Tim Lindvig
General Manager – Arizona

Tim has been with AlphaGraphics for 12 years and has been the General Manager of AlphaGraphics HOA Headquarters for the past 2 years. Tim handles the production process behind the scenes to make sure all of the printing and mailing happens seamlessly.

Tim is married to Wendy and has 2 lovely girls. In his free time, Tim is a volunteer at the Chandler Police Department. 

Jared Toro
Technology Manager – Arizona

Jared has been with AlphaGraphics for 7 years and has been involved with the development of the HOA program since its inception. Jared manages the programming responsibilities for 4 different software applications all tied to the HOA side of our business.

Jared is married to Amber and has 4 children who keep him more than a little busy in sports, dance and other creative venues. Jared enjoys barbecuing while rooting for his favorite team, the Denver Broncos.
